As a trauma-informed therapist, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and LGBTQIA+ affirming space where you can feel seen and supported. My work focuses on helping folks navigate mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ issues, including exploring sexuality and gender identity. Many of my clients are also dealing with life stressors, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I work collaboratively with my clients to create a personalized approach that meets you where you are. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
